CASE 04_
Strategy_ Intelligent Orchestration - The "Fleet Visibility Engine"
Typical client profile_
A regional logistics operator (50+ vehicles, 120 drivers) managing a Transport Management System, GPS tracking, scheduling spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups - with dispatchers spending 6+ hours daily on manual coordination between drivers, warehouses and clients.
The "Dispatch Black Hole"_
Dispatchers spend 6+ hours per day manually coordinating between drivers, warehouses and clients via phone calls, WhatsApp messages and spreadsheet updates. Critical information (ETA changes, delays, load adjustments) is scattered across channels.
Fragmented Visibility_
GPS tracking data sits in a separate system from the TMS. When a delay occurs, the dispatcher must check three screens before updating the client - often too late.
Reactive Operations_
The team reacts to breakdowns and delays instead of proactively re-routing or reallocating - losing margin on every missed SLA.
Three agents orchestrate the dispatch operation without replacing existing tools:
Every morning at 6:00 AM, reviews the day's delivery schedule from the TMS, cross-references driver availability, checks GPS telemetry for overnight anomalies, and produces a consolidated "Morning Dispatch Board" - flagging any routes needing adjustment before drivers depart.
Runs continuously, monitoring GPS positions against planned routes. When a deviation is detected (traffic, breakdown, delay), the agent auto-calculates a revised ETA, notifies the client via WhatsApp with a tracking link, and suggests re-routing options to the dispatcher.
Monitors driver shift hours, rest periods, and vehicle maintenance schedules. Before each shift, it verifies that the assigned driver meets regulatory rest requirements and that the vehicle's last service check was within limits. Flags any compliance risks before dispatch.
We are looking for startups and digital companies that want to explore practical AI adoption with a real business workflow.
Selected teams will work directly with Clovr Labs to identify one high-impact use case, build the solution, and measure whether it creates value. The solution is delivered through N0, the workspace we use to build, run, and manage AI agents for company workflows.
