CASE 06_
Strategy_ Monolithic SaaS Substitution via an Agent-Powered Application
Typical client profile_
A corporate HR/Marketing department (or a medium-sized event agency) organizing over 50 events annually (ranging from internal employee summits to large external conferences). They are currently juggling Cvent, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Zoom, and multiple Excel spreadsheets, with the team losing over 30% of their time on manual guest list synchronization, speaker management, and replying to repetitive support emails.
The "Guest List Chaos" (Data Fragmentation)_
Attendee data lives fragmented across different tools. When an employee confirms attendance or a client buys a ticket, organizers must manually log into multiple platforms to update the CRM, mailing lists, and master calendars.
Support Administrative Overload_
The event team spends hours each week responding to the same user inquiries via email: "Where is the Zoom link?", "What time does Speaker X talk?", "Are there vegan options in the catering?"
Silos in Vendor and Speaker Management_
Collecting speaker bios, presentation slides, signing contracts, and coordinating logistical schedules requires endless email threads, often resulting in last-minute errors.
The n0 Event-Sync App acts as a unified control center. While users see a clean dashboard for managing events, the heavy lifting inside the app is handled by three specialized AI agents:
A conversational agent embedded directly into the app's event portal, corporate Slack, and email. It autonomously answers attendee FAQs about the agenda, parking, or streaming links. If someone cancels through the app, the agent automatically updates the master attendance list and notifies the catering team to adjust portions.
A dedicated section of the app that automates onboarding. The agent proactively reaches out to speakers to collect bios, photos, and presentations before deadlines, and automatically verifies that vendors have submitted their certificates and setup requirements.
Built directly into the app's communication engine. Before the event, it sends hyper-personalized reminders ("Hi Laura, we noticed you signed up for the 10:00 AM AI talk, here is the pre-reading material"). Post-event, it dispatches satisfaction surveys, analyzes qualitative feedback, and pushes leads directly into the CRM.
We are looking for startups and digital companies that want to explore practical AI adoption with a real business workflow.
Selected teams will work directly with Clovr Labs to identify one high-impact use case, build the solution, and measure whether it creates value. The solution is delivered through N0, the workspace we use to build, run, and manage AI agents for company workflows.
