Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Service and operator
nzero (n0) is a workspace service for communication, files, calendars, apps and AI-assisted tasks, operated by Clovr Labs, S.L., tax ID B67306894, Avenida Generalitat 24, Viladecans (08840), Barcelona, Spain. These terms cover use of the hosted service, including app.nzero.pro and moon.nzero.pro. Contact support@nzero.pro for service questions. Any separately agreed customer contract continues to govern the services it covers.
2. Accounts and workspace access
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and only access workspaces you are authorized to use. Workspace administrators control membership and available features. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you upload and actions you request.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the security or availability of the service. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
4. Google and other connected services
Connecting a third-party account is optional and requires your authorization. Permissions shown by that provider govern what nzero can access. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use and grant agents the permissions needed for your tasks. Google and other providers operate their own services under their own terms and policies. You can disconnect a connector in nzero or revoke access with the provider. Provider restrictions or changes may affect integration availability.
5. AI agents and external actions
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs and proposed actions before relying on them, especially messages, calendar changes, published content and code. An agent may process connected-service data through its configured model provider to complete authorized tasks. Review the Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant. Do not authorize actions you are not entitled to perform.
6. Content, privacy and service changes
You retain your rights in your content. You allow the processing needed to provide the features you use and to share content with the recipients you select. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing and deletion requests. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically remove content already saved in a workspace. Service features may change and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt availability. Any applicable customer contract governs agreed pricing, service levels and termination arrangements.
7. Contact and applicable rights
Contact support@nzero.pro to resolve service issues or request account closure; workspace content requests may also require your administrator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish updates to these terms and provide notice where required.
